Processing Time

Each Robert's Veteran Board is handmade and prepared with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for production and order processing before shipment.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 7–13 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Estimated total delivery time: 12–20 business days, including production and shipping.

We offer worldwide shipping.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking shows that the package is still in transit, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check your front door, porch, mailbox, and surrounding areas and contact your local carrier.
